About the job
Under the supervision of the Head of Revenue, the Group Revenue Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue of multiple hotels within the Martin's Hotels group. The primary objective is to maximize revenue by applying tailored revenue management strategies that align with the specific characteristics of each hotel, leveraging market trend analysis, dynamic pricing, and inventory management. Additionally, this role plays a key part in team training and requires a regular presence in hotels to support operational teams.
Main responsibilities :
- Develop and implement pricing and revenue optimization strategies for the three hotels under your responsibility
- Analyze hotel performance based on key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate (TO), TRevPar, and other hospitality KPIs
- Monitor market trends and adjust revenue management strategies accordingly
- Manage distribution channels in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
- Oversee availability and restrictions across various sales channels (OTAs, website, GDS, etc.)
- Develop and track short-, medium-, and long-term revenue forecasts
- Work closely with the revenue team, hotel directors, and operational teams to align pricing strategies with Martin’s Hotels' overall vision
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Participate in commercial and revenue meetings across the hotels
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging revenue management technologies
- Train operational teams on revenue management principles and best pricing practices
- Maintain a regular presence in hotels to support teams and ensure the correct implementation of defined strategies
Your profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera Cloud; knowledge of D-Edge and Lighthouse is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and formulate strategic recommendations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with operational and commercial teams
- Fluent in English, with a good command of French and Dutch
- Initiative-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
