Restaurant Supervisor m/w

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for our hotel Martin's Rentmeesterij in Bilzen, AKKO restaurant m/f. The hotel is housed in a magnificent 13th-century historic building wich has been extended by a beautiful contemporary wing. It overlooks a pleasant inner courtyard and the estate's extensive wooded gardens, wich are ideal for organizing your events.

Young and creative, this chef is a graduate of the Ilon-Saint-Jacques hotel school in Namur, and already boasts solid expeerience acquired in several Michelin-starred restaurants. Function 

Your duties as Restaurant Supervisor :

Reception of guests (host/hostess);                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Suggest menu;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Take orders and settle the bil;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Stock management;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
Passing on orders;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Help with staff planning;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
Daily supervision and orientation of staff in the workplace;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Assist with room set-up;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Place and clear dishes + suggestions; Pour and prepare drinks.

 You speak Dutch and French;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Flexibility to work evenings and weekends;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           No service cuts;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
Work between Tuesday and Saturday;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
You have similar experience.
