Receptionist

For the Martin’s Château du Lac hotel in Genval, we are looking for a Receptionist.

Located on the shores of Lake Genval, Martin’s Château du Lac is a unique five-star hotel. Originally a thermal spa and later used as a bottling site for Schweppes, this majestic Lorraine-style château, built in 1906, was transformed into a prestigious establishment combining historical charm with modern comfort. Today, it embodies elegance and sophistication, offering guests a luxurious experience in an exceptional natural setting.

About the job

As a Receptionist, you are the hotel’s ambassador, ensuring an impeccable guest experience from the moment they arrive. Your role is essential in providing a warm welcome and smooth service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
• Providing information and professionally responding to guest inquiries
• Handling complaints and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
• Managing room reservations and optimizing occupancy
• Processing and organizing invoices and administrative documents

Your profile

• You are welcoming, spontaneous and proactive
• You have team spirit
• You speak French, Dutch and English
• The knowledge of another language is a plus
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus
• You have a similar (first) experience
