Receptionist

For hotel Martin's Agora, under Martin's Agora Hospitality SA, in Louvain-La-Neuve we are looking for a Receptionist.

Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve is the first city resort of the Martin's Hotels family. The ideal establishment for a city trip in Louvain-La-Neuve with 108 rooms of approximately 20 m², the Martin's City Spa and its thermal baths, the cosy setting of the Di'Vino wine bar or the authentic cuisine of B'Comme and also the Apart-hotel with 102 suites (minimum 34 m²).

About the job

• Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism from the moment they arrive at the hotel
• Manage reservations, arrivals and departures efficiently
• Manage invoices and administrative follow-up
• Provide comprehensive information on hotel services, facilities and local attractions
• Handle telephone calls and guest requests in a prompt and attentive manner
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
• Resolve customer problems quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of satisfaction

Your profile

• You are hospitable, spontaneous and proactive
• You have team spirit
• You speak French, Dutch and English
• The knowledge of another language is a plus
• Knowledge of the Opera programme is a plus
• You have a similar (first) experience
