For the hotel Martin’s Relais in Bruges, we are looking for a Receptionist m/w.
Martin's Relais offers guests a truly exceptional welcome. The 46 rooms and suites range in size from 25 to 50m² –  the perfect space for business or enjoying Bruges as a family. The hotel itself is full of personality and guarantees a comfortable stay right in the middle of the city’s historic district. Breath-taking views over the Spiegelrei canal and our inner courtyard and gardens.

Function

Welcoming guests, check-in and check-out;
Giving information to guests;
Managing complaints;
Fulfilling specific requests;
Reservations of rooms;
Classifying invoices and other documents.

Profile

You are welcoming, spontaneous and proactive;
You have team spirit;
You speak French, Dutch and English;
The knowledge of another language is a plus;
Knowledge of the Opera programme is a plus;
You have a similar (first) experience.
