Night Auditor m/w

We are looking for a Night Auditor for our hotel Martin’s Relais and Martin's Brugge in Brugge.

The job

Welcomes guests after closing time;
Handles check-in for alte guests : completes registration and accompany guests to their rooms;
Handles check-out for early departing guests;
Is the contact person during the night, provides the necessary information;
Manages the call center, ensures the wake-up service and takes notes of the messages;
Ensures the smooth running of the hotel during the night;
Keeps unwanted guests away;
Is responsible for security, controls the entrances and exits, doors and windows, emergency exits;
Ensures safety in case of fire, activate the emergency plan and directs guests in case of emergency;
Regulates the heating and lighting systems;
Performs various administrative tasks;
Preparations for the breakfast buffet;

Your profile

You are welcoming, friendly and proactive;
You are a team player;
You speak Dutch, French and English;
Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
Knowledge of Opera is a plus;
You have a (first) similar experience.
