Guest Relation / Night Auditor

We are looking for a Guest Relation / Night Auditor for our hotel Martin's Red in Tubize.

Martin's Red is located on the site of the Proximus Basecamp (National Technical Football Center) in Tubize, the training center of the Red Devils but also of many other teams of all categories. If the hotel offers optimized facilities for athletes visiting the center, it also pampers vacationers and business travelers. Recently, the Belgian Cycling Federation has also moved to the site.

Your main tasks are :

During the day:

• Welcomes guests
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Information to customers
• Handles guests' complaints
• Manages guests' special requests
• Room reservations
• Files invoices and daily documents

During the night:

• Welcomes guests after closing time
• Handles check-in for late guests : completes registration and accompany guests to their room
• Handles check-out for early departing guests
• Is the contact person during the night, provides the necessary information
• Manages the call center, ensures the wake-up service and takes notes of the messages
• Ensures the smooth running of the hotel during the night
• Keeps unwanted guests away
• Is responsible for security, controls the entrances and exits, doors and windows, emergency exits
• Ensures safety in case of fire, activate the emergency plan and directs guests in case of emergency
• Regulates the heating and lighting systems
• Performs various administrative tasks

Your profile

• You are welcoming, friendly and proactive
• You are a team-player
• You speak French, Dutch and English
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Knowledge of Opera is a plus
• Your have a (first) similar experience
