F&B Coordinator

For our hotel Martin’s Brussels EU in Brussels, we are looking for an F&B Coordinator.

Ideally located in the heart of the European Quarter, Martin's Brussels EU offers 100 elegant rooms that combine comfort and modernity. The hotel also stands out with its innovative Petit Chef concept, a unique culinary experience in Belgium that surprises and delights our guests.

About the job

As an F&B Coordinator, you will work under the supervision of the F&B Manager. Your role will be mainly operational (about 80%), with a key presence in the evenings. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, coordinating the dining team, and overseeing the smooth daily operations of the F&B department.

Operational

• Assists and replaces the F&B Manager when needed
• Coordinates F&B staff
• Ensures a high level of service
• Welcomes customers and escorts them to their table
• Takes orders
• Meets customers’ special requirements
• Ensures operational follow-up of sales actions

Administrative

• Manages and monitors schedules
• Follow-up and implementation of F&B and accounting procedures
• Maintain a good relation with suppliers
• Orders merchandise to meet department requirements
• Stock follow-up
• F&B inventories

Your profile

• You are a motivated team player
• You speak French - Dutch - English
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• You have previous experience in a similar position
• You have a good presentation
• You enjoy customer contact and have a flair for sales
