For hotel Martin's Rentmeesterij in Bilzen, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine m/w.
The hotel is housed in a magnificent historic building from the 13th century, which has been extended with a beautiful contemporary wing. It overlooks a cosy courtyard and the estate's extensive wooded gardens, which lend themselves perfectly to hosting events.

Function

Managing the mise en place and service respecting the technical sheets, procedures and hygiene standards.

Your profile

You are hospitable and have an eye for detail;
You have team spirit;
You speak Dutch or another language ;
You have a similar (first) experience.
