For the hotel Martin's Rentmeesterij in Bilzen, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine (flexijob). You will be working for our AKKO gourmet restaurant and our gastronomic events.
The hotel is housed in a magnificent 13th-century historic building, which has been extended by a beautiful contemporary wing. It overlooks a pleasant inner courtyard and the estate's extensive tree-lined gardens, which lend themselves wonderfully to the organization of your events.
The Akko restaurant is rated 13.5/20 in Gault &Millau and mentioned in many other culinary guides.

For Chef de Cuisine Sébastien Oger, cooking is above all a skilful blend of expertise, passion and precision. Young and creative, this chef is a graduate of the Ilon-Saint-Jacques hotel school in Namur, and has already acquired solid experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants. He has also worked under the guidance of Yves Mattagne and Wout Bru.
