For Martin's Brussels EU hotel in Brussels, we are looking for a Chef de Rang.
With 100 rooms equipped with the best amenities, Martin's Brussels EU ensures a pleasant stay in the heart of the European district. Our rooms offer a cocoon where guests can relax after a long day of work or exploring with a spacious bathroom, king size bed and even a whirlpool bath.

About the job

• You will ensure that rooms, buffets and back areas are set up
• You are in charge of openings and closings
• You welcome customers and escort them to their table
• You present the menu op explain the components of buffets and dishes
• You take orders and provide information on dietary restrictions
• You serve food and beverages
• You are committed to satisfying special customers’ requirements
• You coordinate the staff for whom you are responsible
• You provide a high level of service

Your profile

• You are dynamic and enthusiastic
• You are a team player
• You speak French, Dutch and English
• Knowledge of other languages is a plus
• You have a (first) similar experience
• You have a good knowledge of the bar and HACCP standards
• You are well presented
• You enjoy customer contact and have a flair for sales
• You have at least 3 years of experience
