Chef de Partie

For hotel Martin's Agora, under Martin's Agora Hospitality SA, in Louvain-La-Neuve we are looking for a Chef de Partie.

Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve is the first city resort of the Martin's Hotels family. The ideal establishment for a city trip in Louvain-La-Neuve with 108 rooms of approximately 20 m², the Martin's City Spa and its thermal baths, the cosy setting of the Di'Vino wine bar or the authentic cuisine of B'Comme and also the Apart-hotel with 102 suites (minimum 34 m²).

About the job

Set up for serving ;
Dress the plates ;
Workstation management (setting up, stock, cleaning and tidying up) ;
Be responsible for the workstation and know how to manage a small team.

Your profile

At least 2 years' experience ;
Be a graduate of a hotel school or equivalent ;
Be motivated and dynamic ;
Be organised, tidy, responsible and punctual ;
Attention to detail ;
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
