All Round F&B

For Martin's Brussels EU hotel in Brussels, we are looking for an All Round F&B.
With 100 rooms equipped with the best amenities, Martin's Brussels EU ensures a pleasant stay in the heart of the European district. Our rooms offer a cocoon where guests can relax after a long day of work or exploring with a spacious bathroom, king size bed and even a whirlpool bath.

The function

An Allround is responsible for attending, serving and preparing breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, bar, room service and dinners. And also the setting up of meeting rooms.
In addition, you are also responsible for washing dishes and cleaning the rooms and kitchen.
During dinners or occasional service at the bar, it will also be necessary to work in the evening. Weekends and holidays included.

Breakfast - Lunch - Cocktails - Dinner :
Set up: setting up the room, preparing the buffets, preparing the service, restocking the buffets.
Serve different dishes and drinks.
Maintain a good atmosphere in the room.
Ensure general order and cleanliness in the room and kitchen.
Tidy up the bedroom and kitchen, including dishes.
Assist the kitchen manager in the kitchen.

Seminars - coffee breaks:
Tidy up meeting rooms and coffee breaks.
Meeting rooms and refreshing coffee breaks.
Serve coffee breaks.
Ensure general order and cleanliness in meeting rooms.
Bar.

Your profile

You are welcoming, friendly and proactive;
You are a team player;
You speak Dutch, French and English;
Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
You have a (first) similar experience.
