All Round F&B breakfast m/w

We are looking for a All Round F&B for our hotel Martin’s Relais in Bruges.

The job

An Allround is responsible for taking care of, serving and preparing breakfast.
Besides that you are also responsible for doing the dishes and cleaning up in the breakfastroom and kitchen.
Weekends and holidays included.

Breakfast:
Mise en place: setting up the breakfastroom, preparing the buffets, preparing the service, restocking the buffets.
Serving various dishes and drinks;
Maintaining a good atmosphere in the buffet restaurant;
Ensuring general order and cleanliness in the breakfastroom and kitchen.
Tidies up the breakfastroom and kitchen, including washing up.
Assisting the person in charge of the kitchen.

Your profile

You are welcoming, friendly and proactive;
You are a team player;
You speak Dutch / French;
Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
You have a (first) similar experience.
